Work to ensure that departmental communications are aligned with the Institute's Strategic Plan and provide consulting support for individual departmental communications officers. Manage approximately 175 communications projects each year.
As Creative Director, I determine the overall look and feel for ongoing projects while supervising four designers. Actively promote professional growth through flexible work arrangements and tuition stipends to accommodate workshops and other educational endeavors.
